DRIVER AUTOGRAPH PROCESS:

ALL DRIVER AUTOGRAPHS WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL AUTOGRAPH WRISTBAND TO YOUR EVENT ENTRANCE WRISTBAND IN 2013! (AUTOGRAPH SESSION WRISTBANDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON THE NASCAR HALL OF FAME PLAZA AT 7:00 AM, FEB. 9)

Driver Autographs will be broken into four (4) sessions

• A - 9:30AM
• B - 11:00AM
• C - 12:30PM
• D - 2:00PM

Each session with have four (4) stations

• Yellow
• Red
• Purple
• Blue

Driver wristband distribution will begin on the NASCAR Hall of Fame Plaza at 7:00AM on Saturday, February 9th:

• There will be a line on the plaza controlled by bike fence.
• In order to get into the driver wristband line you must have your event wristband on which was either mailed to you as your event ticket or can be picked up at the NASCAR Hall of Fame will Box Office if you opted for will call. The NASCAR Hall of Fame Box Office will be open from 10:00AM – 6:00PM on Thursday, February 7th and will be open at 10:00AM on Friday, February 8th until 6:00PM on Saturday, February 9th. If you haven’t purchased your event ticket yet you must do so from the NASCAR Hall of Fame Box Office before you get into the driver autograph wristband line. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• At 7:00AM on Saturday, February 9th we will start to release fans to get the driver wristband of their choice.
• Once fans get a driver wristband they can either go back to the end of the line to get another driver wristband or head inside the NASCAR Hall of Fame to view the exhibits or to make their way to the Charlotte Convention Center Exhibit Hall C for NASCAR Preview 2013.
• Fans will only be allowed one wristband per session
  • One (1) for session A – 9:30AM
  • One (1) for session B – 11:00AM
  • One (1) for session C – 12:30PM
  • One (1) for session D – 2:00PM
• If you ARE NOT interested in driver autographs and just want to utilize your event wristband to get into the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the NASCAR Preview 2013 in Exhibit Hall C to check out cars, displays, and stage content you may enter through the NASCAR Hall of Fame with your event wristband and bypass the autograph wristband pick up lines.

Once inside Exhibit Hall C fans will be able to line up for the current or upcoming autograph session and the autograph session on deck. There will be a separate line for the current and upcoming autograph sessions. All other fans will be asked to interact at displays, watch the stage activity, and enjoy the other exciting elements of NASCAR Preview. This will be enforced by security to ensure safety to all attendees.

You must be in line at the start of your session or before the session’s line is gone to guarantee an autograph. Once the line is empty drivers will be dismissed. That is the reason we are only allowing one wristband per session (A,B,C,D). It will ensure that all fans are able to get to the sessions they received wristbands for on time.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN UNDER 10 WILL NOT BE PROVIDED A DRIVER AUTOGRAPH WRISTBAND UNLESS THEY HAVE AN ADULT OVER 18 WITH THEM WHO IS ALSO RECEIVING A DRIVER AUTOGRAPH WRISTBAND FOR THE SAME STATION/SESSION. PARENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CHILD IN AN AUTOGRAPH LINE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND AND CHILDREN WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN AN AUTOGRAPH LINE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND.
